Aperitif/lunch with local cold cuts, cheeses, olives, dried tomatoes and bruschette +local prosecco or white wine + water, coffee.
Busiata Fresh Pasta with Pesto+Lunch+Sea view
You will learn how to make Busiate Trapanese fresh pasta with pesto in manner of Trapani.
Lunch:
Appetizer-local cold cuts, cheeses, olives, dried tomatoes, bruschette
First dish: Busiate Trapanese with pesto
Sweet: local pastry dessert
Wine or Prosecco, water and coffee
What we offer?
We offer cooking lessons or just a lunch (no cooking required) in our beach house. The whole experience lasts about 3h with the possibility of being able to stay at beach for as long as you want
- private cooking lesson on how to make cannoli, following an ancient recipe of a housewife from Favignana
-private cooking lesson on how to make busiate trapanese (fresh pasta) with pesto
- aperitif/lunch with local products spritz, prosecco or white wine with sea view
- beach towel with access to a very private beach
Ps: limited number of seats, hurry up and book your unique sea view experience to share with friends when you get home. At the end of the experience we will send you our recipe via email so that you can make it again at home
